Not happy with your Stoov? You get your money back

 
It may happen that you want to return your order. Perhaps because the product does not like it or maybe there is another reason why you would not want your order. Whatever the reason, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
  • 14 days reflection period, after receipt of your product.
  • After cancellation you have 14 days to return your order. The costs for return are for your own account.
  • We will refund you the purchase price within 14 days and when we have received your order back in good order.

When you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - will be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged during a return.

 

Return a product

 

To process the return correctly and quickly, we ask you to follow the indicated procedure.

Via your Stoov account
 
  • login to your Stoov account and click on 'View' at the relevant order.
  • Click on the 'Return items' button to start the application.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as possible with the instructions and your return number for the return of the products.


Via customer service

  • Register your return via hello@stoov.com
  • Put in the subject of the email: Return + your name + your order number
  • Download the return form and complete the form
  • Send your ordered product complete and in original condition together with the original packing slip and the completed return form to:

We confirm the receipt of your return and ensure that your purchase price is returned to you as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days via the payment option that you have chosen.

Do you want to exchange your product? No problem. Please contact hello@stoov.com. You pay the costs for returning your order yourself.
